Return and refund policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be in the same condition in which it was received
• Be unused and unworn, with original tags when applicable
• Remain in its original packaging
• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

After your return request has been approved:

• We will provide a return shipping label
• Instructions explaining where and how to send the package will be provided

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives.

If the product is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate way to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods, including food, plants, or flowers
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Personal care products, including beauty or hygiene items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Original shipping charges paid at checkout

Returns are also not accepted for:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

If you are uncertain whether your product is eligible, please contact us before beginning the return process.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest process is to:

1. Return the original product
2. After the return has been accepted, place a new order for the replacement product

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

The following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused and unworn, with tags
• The item must remain in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

This right applies independently of the standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.

When approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
